Touch for Health Level 1 is ideal for anyone dipping their toe in to Energy Medicine for the first time or for the experienced practitioner who wants to expand their practice. You will learn how to accurately muscle monitor, balance energy, reduce pain, improve posture, find foods that raise energy, diffuse emotional stress and achieve goals. It is taught in a fun and relaxed environment supporting the students at every stage to become confident and competent.
Fees: £260
(£80 discount off total cost when paying for levels 1-4 in advance)
Fees include all manuals, materials and a light lunch. Certification is awarded by the International Kinesiology College.
