Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions as they affect your rights and responsibilities in law. If they are not acceptable to you please do not order from us.

That having been said these Terms & Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Shipping

Carriage charges to UK destinations are included in the price. Please apply for international shipping costs by calling 07748 841820 or emailing info@helena-arguelles.com

Depending on the size and value of the order it will be dispatched either by second class Royal Mail or by courier. We aim where possible to dispatch within one working day but please allow 5-7 working days for shipping. If you require delivery sooner please contact us for extra costs involved.

Delivery will be made to the address given when placing your order.

If Royal Mail or our couriers fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full or it is beyond our control we will not be held liable. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss.

Packaging

We endeavour to do our bit for the environment so where possible all our packing is used or recycled.

Stock

All prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

All goods remain the property of Helena Argüelles until fully paid for by the customer.

We also retain the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company at any time for any reason.

If any item is out of stock, the product will be put on back order and sent out as soon as it is back in stock. The buyer will be informed of this.

Should it not be possible to supply an item for a reason beyond our control we will not accept liability.

All brand names, product names, images, titles and copyrights used in this site are trade marks or trade names or copyrights of their respective holders and we give no permission in respect of the use of any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.

Returns

Goods may be returned providing we are advised by telephone (07748841820) or by email (helena@essentialtimeout.com) beforehand and the goods have not been opened or damaged. Return postage will be at the buyers expense and the buyer will be responsible for the item until it is received by us.

If you should receive faulty goods or goods damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.

If you decide that you no longer require the goods that you have ordered please notify us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You will then be able to return the goods, at your expense, and receive a full refund, as long as the goods returned are in a saleable condition.

An order may be subject to cancellation or changed by sending an e-mail or by telephone. If the order has been processed and dispatched you will need to return it to us for full credit less cost of carriage.

Payments

You will be charged for any goods at the point of order. Our liability to you relating to any order will not exceed the total value for the particular goods.

Courses

A minimum deposit of £80 is payable to secure a place. The balance is due no later than 3 weeks before the commencement of the course. The deposit will not be refundable once the booking is made.  The balance will be refundable up to 2 weeks before the start of the course.

A course may be cancelled due to extreme circumstances in which case all fees will be refunded.

Consultations

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. When paying by BACS payment must be made before the consultation commences. A cancellation policy of 24 hours applies in which case the full fee is due.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and will publish these on our site as they occur and apply from the day of publication.

Disclaimer

Helena Argüelles endeavours to offer the best possible service. Nonetheless it cannot be guaranteed that the service will always be without fault or meet all your needs. Should a fault occur please report it to us by telephone (07748841820) or email (info@helena-arguelles.com).

Helena Argüelles provides the site without any warranties or guarantees. The risks associated with use of the Internet shall be borne by you.

Overseas use

Helena Argüelles cannot know that information and materials on this site are appropriate or available for use anywhere outside the United Kingdom. If you reside outside the UK and you decide to use this site or order any product from this site you do so on the understanding that is it on your own initiative and it is your responsibility to comply with local law.
